01. What flowers will I get in the Box?
We pick fresh and seasonal flowers for you each week. Each box is a surprise!
02. How long will the flowers last?
The flowers last between 5 to 7 days once they are in a good water source and shade. We recommend the use of the flower food – instructions for which will be on the box.
03. How do I take care of the flowers?
Cut the stems about 2cms at an angle of approximately 45 degrees and replace the water source once in 3 days. The flower food can be added in the fresh room temperature water used in your vase.
04. My flowers have not reached me on Saturday?
We will ensure that the flowers reach you at the specified time. However, in case of delay in delivery due to an unlikely situation the delivery will be made on Monday. Our team will get in touch to coordinate delivery time accordingly to your convenience.
05. If I am not at home can you leave the Bloom box at my doorstep or elsewhere?
Yes, this is possible provided you give us an alternate drop off site at the same address.
06. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, you can. Please email us the change of address 3 days in advance of your delivery date.
07. Can I temporarily pause my delivery if I am travelling?
Yes, you can. Delivery will be resumed once you notify us. There will be no charges for the days the bloom box is not delivered.
08. Can I cancel my subscription midway?
Yes, you can. You will get a refund for the days bloom box is not supplied. The cancellation should be emailed to email@example.com by the previous Wednesday.
09. How do I renew my subscription?
Just add the number of weeks you want to renew your subscription by and go through the payment portal. Your personal details are saved with us so we will do the needful thereafter.
10. How can I Gift a Subscription?
Choose the number of weeks you want to gift flowers for on our Gift a Subscription page. Please add your personal details on the page. On the Deliver to another address section add the details of the person who is to receive the gift from you. If you want to add a personalized message we will do so inserted in the box.
11. When am I to return the empty flower box?
Our staff will collect the empty box from you when he comes to deliver the next on Saturday. Please have the box ready to be handed over to him. If you are unable to return the box on a particular delivery day we will collect them on the next delivery.
